Job Application

If you submit your job application through our website, we will process the personal data and documents you provide solely to review your application and conduct the selection process. Data Retention

The personal data you provide will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned above. Specifically, the following retention periods apply:

  • Server log files are deleted thirty days after your visit to the website ends.
  • Data processed based on your consent is deleted after you withdraw your consent.
  • Data from a job application is deleted eight months after the selection process ends or after a rejection.

Longer retention periods may arise due to legal documentation and retention obligations. Once these periods expire, your personal data will be deleted, unless there is another legal basis for continued storage under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
